Smell – Purify and Enhance the Aroma.

Thieves Essencial Oil to fight bacteria, viruses, mold and to support immune system.

Thieves® Essential Oil is highly effective in supporting the immune system, fighting bacteria, viruses and mold.

Now check the smell of the room you have chosen for your romantic encounter.  Is the smell fresh and inviting or stale, heavy or maybe even moldy? If after letting the fresh air into the room it is still  not smelling nice and fresh,  you can try to get rid of this bad aroma by using some good quality essential oils.

A special essential oils blend called Thieves, made by Young Living Essential Oils,   is very powerful oil which will not only reinforce the immune system, but it helps with  killing viruses, bacteria and fighting mold spores.  It is a blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus radiata and Rosemary therapeutic grade essential oils. This will be very good oil choice to use some time in advance to your romantic meeting to see if it provides assistance with this problem.

The best way to use it is via special essential oil diffuser (not the one with a candle, but an electric one), and if nobody is sleeping in this room,  it is best to continuously diffuse this oil there for 24 hours or longer and see if it helps. Make sure the diffuser is working properly and there is enough supply of Thieves oil.

In any case, even if your room smells fresh, you might like to add some special romantic aroma suitable for lovers meeting to stimulate sense of smell and enhance your romantic mood. To do that, you can use essential oil diffuser (electric diffusers are safer and better for preserving the power of the oils than those which use candles). You will also limit fire hazard.

One of the best oils for romantic encounters is essential rose oil. It has one of the most sensual smells and can add a sophisticated elegance to your ambiance. It comes in a few varieties and you can choose for example Rosa damascene. It has a very beautiful, strong floral and sweet fragrance, which is highly romantic and at times may seem even intoxicating. Use it sparingly and it can last you a pretty long time. It has stimulating and uplifting properties which create a sense of well-being and self-confidence.

If you can afford and like its smell, buy this one. The real, high quality essential rose oil is one of the most expensive essential oils, but the price is well justified if you think about what it can do for you and that to produce just 1 oz of Rosa damascena essential oil about 60,000 flowers of this plant are required. In other words to make 1 pond of such oil 5000 pounds of roses have to be used. So don’t be fooled by cheap rose oil imitations since they won’t have the same effect.

You can buy very good high quality essential Rose Oil from Young Living. Here is more information about how to purchase Young Living products. If you would like to save 24% from the retail price, it is best to become a distributor yourself.  You can become a Young Living’s distributor  via my website. Instead of rose oil, you can use the following essential oils:

  •   Neroli oil (bitter orange flower) – helps to overcome shines.
  •   Lavender essential oil – uplifts, helps to relax, to overcome depression and fatigue.
  • Geranium – relaxes and uplifts.
  • Jasmine – as rose it is aphrodisiac and helps to create elegant atmosphere.
  • Sandalwood – it also helps to relax and has aphrodisiac qualities. As with rose and jasmine, use it sparingly since the scent is very strong and can be overpowering. It is good to use if you like woody and exotic aromas.
  • Ylang Ylang – also helps to relax and is considered to be helpful with impotence and frigidity. As a few of the above mentioned oils, it has aphrodisiac qualities and it has very strong floral jasmine-like aroma.

You can even try to mix a few oils to create a very special unique blend you like, but it often best not to mix more than 3 scents, especially when you are just learning how to do it. For great essential oils blends ideas you can make on your own, I recommend you check out a very good book Scents and Scentuality” by Valerie Ann Worwood. You will not only find there many ideas for making your own room scents, but  recipes for using oils to enhance your, or your partner’s sensuality, improve your sex life, lose some weigh, get rid of cellulite or for women, even increase the size of your breast.

Other ways to use scent your romantic place.

Besides using essential oils to scent your ambiance by using a diffuser, you can also mix a few drops of selected essential oils with distilled, or filtered water, and add them to a mist bottle (like the one you use to mist your plants). Then you can spray this oil-water mixture into the air around the room and onto bed linen to enhance your surroundings with this special sent.

As you might have heard, essential oils can be also applied to parts of your body as a romantic aromatherapy massage (usually diluting in carrier oils) to even more enhance your sex life, or to improve your hormonal balance, help with impotence or frigidity, improve your skin and make you look younger and more beautiful.
